Hello,

Although I joined about a month ago I didn't have a chance to really chat with people. Recently thought I would get going and write and say "Hi". Would you believe couldn't get the password right...so I had to register again:D.

Not sure how the weather is out your way but we are getting torrential rains. Such a rough time for some people who are flooded...But one of the things that the British have is a stiff upper lip. Take for instance even the Queen seems to face the storm with a brave face.

Hello,
Nice to hear from you! How did you end up in Ireland? I was swept off my feet by a Londoner with blue eyes! Sadly I'm on my own now...a widow but glad that I came and spent all this time here (30 years this summer). Great place to live and I enjoy being close to Europe and traveling either to the East or West.

Hope to chat some more, Nina

That's too funny the photo! I'm American but have been in the UK for a decade now (N Ireland).

Lovely to meet you and hope to chat and share!

Blessings,
:D

I divorced and remarried an Irishman. Well, technically a British citizen as he was born in N Ireland.

London I've been to twice, most recently last summer. Great city and one of my favorites. So much to offer! Great place for you to have landed and I hope your happy memories remain bright and lovely in your heart always.
