Never visit a place again!

Just for general information, the coffee at café du Monde is chickory coffee. Personally, I never developed a taste for it.
When I was down south in just about every state along the Gulf Coast, all restaurants served coffee with chicory and I totally loathed it.

Senior Chef,
There has been a great change in food in the UK. They are far past bangers and mash and mushy peas (ugh). We have had many good meals all over the UK. The only place we did not was in Ireland (I know it is not part of the UK) as part of a tour group. All the meals were banquet style with overcooked meat.
Yeah, the very thought of mushy peas turns my stomach.

Very interesting thread. I've read all the places mentioned and have visited many on the list.
Racked my Brain, knowing there must be a place I have visited that had such an negative
impact that I'd never visit there again.

The best part of this was a journey back to those places in my memories.

The other thing I learned was no matter what, I couldn't come up with one.

Maybe I settle too easily or maybe I find something good about every place.

Still searching though the old cobwebs.
