Well, as luck would have it my Audi A4 just started turning over very slowly and displaying a warning light, so although I can drive it I am concerned. I spoke with the salesman tonight and he said if it is drivable just to bring it in and they will still give me a trade-in value. I usually use an indie shop to service it but he said Audi can do the service at no cost to them and will most likely not dock me much. Even though it only has 36k miles after almost 9 years it seems I'm in the shop every 6 months. It was a first-year model, so that may be part of the issue. I'll be happy to move on.
As for why it was traded in with less than 3k miles I'm going to ask the dealership but it is certified so Audi will have to cover repair costs if there are any.
