I am so glad to have found this seniors forum and am happy to be here. I retired in my early 70s; probably would not have retired then, but my broken back made it necessary. I truly loved my job. I must say though that I did not love or even like all of the people I worked with. Surprisingly, I don't miss work, but I do miss some of the people.

Looking forward to being a member here.

When I retired, I expected to be sad, maybe go through some kind of grief or mourning period. It never happened so I decided it must have been time. I never looked back, which was nice.
