New threads in Speakers' Corner

For those who like to discuss heavier topics I've started some new ones in Speakers' Corner. No Yankee bashing, I promise.

One focuses on Britain's Conservative Coalition and British values, another has the theme of disappearing Aussie egalitarianism. Both are adaptable to consideration of the same issues in the UK, US, OZ, NZ and Canada.

For anyone who doesn't know about Speakers' Corner or other groups, from the Forum page select Community on the blue bar, then Groups. Anyone can read but you have to join a group to post. You can unjoin any time you want to.

But only if they interest you.

Forum (green bar) - Community (blue bar) - Groups (in drop down menu) - Speakers Corner (one of many groups) - choose your topic.
You can read without joining a group. To post you simply join that group. Leave the group if you can't be bothered any more.
