Welcome aboard! I'm not sure I understand the question. I mostly just come to the Senior Forums and look at the 'What's new' area and add my thoughts to other people's thread topics.

In the top left hand corner there’s 3 lines. That’s how you find all the new posts
Or you can just click on FORUMS to get all the different forums
