I only had trouble with the word sgtrane.

Paco, I can read it. My husband was dyslexic and didn't even realize it until I told him. Though he was a smart man, he used to refer to himself as dumb because he couldn't read. But he could actually read something like the meme you posted faster than he could read something that was written correctly. The way I transpose letters so often when I'm typing, makes me think I caught dyslexia from him.
