I spent some of my childhood in Rochester, NY. Also in nearby, West Henrietta, NY.

Decades ago, I was awakened from a nap when I heard beautiful, enchanting music playing. It was this song as it played on the PBS broadcast of the Children of Sanchez film. It led me to purchase the album.

Chuck wrote all of the sound track for a ground breaking Canadian TV series called "Street Legal " that ran for 5 years. It was years ahead of Law and Order, in terms of the high production values, the actors, and the scripts. Chuck would come to Toronto for 4 weeks at a time, to record the super hip jazz sound tracks he wrote. He liked Toronto's busy music scene and he hired a lot of Toronto area musicians to work with him at Thunder Sound Studios here. He will be missed. JIMB
