NYC Man Kills Dismembers Wife While On Vacation

They had a vacation home in southern France. One would think..how divine. They look like a lovely couple in the picture. She was probably all happy to spend time at their vacation home. I always think when I read these horrible, bizarre stories that I'm sure when they married these men, the wives had no idea of the horrors they'd face at the hands of their beloved husbands. I feel so sorry for her family...having to deal with the terrible way she died and was disposed of, like garbage. :cry:

This particular type of crime is beyond vile and contemptible akin to sexual assault and child molestation. I have the utmost respect for police investigators who arrest these parasites instead of acting on ugly thoughts befitting lessor men. I studied long and hard on men like Patrick Bergin (Sleeping with the Enemy) Danny Glover (The Color Purple) and Gianni Russo (The Godfather who actually shot a man dead in real life and got away with it) and they were just acting. I say this because my older sister was beaten by her pathetic excuse for a husband for 5 years and nobody knew about it until it was too late. May GOD rest her soul.

BTW: I have moved to Sanford Florida in 2018 when I retired but I do the snowbird thing because I just love Long Island way too much to give it a final farewell.

Hi "Neighbor". We are fairly close to "the City" as we New Jersians call it. I have cousins who live on Long Island. Some of our 2017 family reunion activities were held at the Marriott In Melville, then a big party at my cousin's house after check out day. My son hated the idea of having to drive to L.I. though..he'd done so many times for his job.

I know the Marriott in Melville!!! :cool::D Been to plenty of weddings and parties nearby! Lots of family on LI.
 
I have known people like him. He probably borders between a sociopath and a psychopath. Cutting someone up and claiming self-defense is absolutely ridiculous. If someone is claiming self-defense after killing someone, that person needs to 'immediately' call the police. There is no reason why not to.

I remember a similar case that wasn't mine, but other Troopers worked on of a newly wedded couple and he killed his wife on their honeymoon by throwing her over a cliff. They each took out a one-million dollar insurance policy on one another just a few days before their wedding. Of course, he claimed she fell over the cliff while he was trying to take her picture. That excuse is as old as the hills. The give-away was that they found scratches on his upper arms and his skin tissue under her fingernails, so there must have been a scuffle as he was trying to throw her over the side of the hill. Unfortunately, the Coroner stated that she didn't die immediately, so she laid there and suffered until rescuers could reach her. This happened on the Appalachian Trail.

Yes, StarSong, it is sad. But, this is the life we live in. People have done some things so egregious and horrible that it makes even my skin crawl. Did you ever read or hear the story about the pizza delivery driver here in Pennsylvania and held as a hostage to to be a bank robbery? These guys grabbed the pizza delivery driver and wired him with a bomb and attached it around his neck. The bomb did explode and the scene was being shown live on TV at the time of the explosion.

I can't quite remember all the details, so I'll see if I can find it on the Internet. You really have to read this. This story is now listed as one of the most evil crimes in the criminal archive files. I was not involved in this case.

What about his Laurie Vallow/Daybelle thing?

2 children murdered and found on Daybelle's property. He used to be a grave digger too.
Who killed those kids?

Daybelle had predicted the end of the world to happen this past 7/22/20.

Laurie believed her children were taken over by demons and their bodies were just "zombies". How freaking disgusting is that?

The girl was dismembered and body parts found charred. They boy was stuffed into plastic bags and covered with boards and boulders.

They are both in custody for lesser charges but not murder, yet.

Yeah, the adults must not have been too distressed about the missing children. As I recall they were chilling out in Hawaii when tracked down and arrested. Now they're chilling in jail.
 
It's mind boggling how much some people will risk rather than just getting a divorce. Weighing the loss of half of what you possess compared to spending the rest of your life in prison for murder. 85% of the time people are murdered by spouses, boy/girl friends, or exes. So the police are going to start the investigation with them. I know that many get away with it. And, many get away with it for years before they are finally convicted. But how they can justify finding some kind of happiness in the rest of their lives by killing someone is what I can't get. How do they stop thinking about it? How do they sleep at night? Having thoughts of murder coupled with thoughts of cutting up a human body? People like that are lacking something. A conscience or empathy.
 
Correct me here: aren't most murders between spouses done in a passionate moment?
Then, they have to get rid of the body.

It is beyond me-how to plan killing your spouse, then dismembering her,
store in freezer, carry out in packets...really involved... you think they cover all the bases...

Ceege you are exactly right about the spouse, ex boyfriend being the first the police suspect. How these people think they can get away with these things is a testament to how flawed their thinking is or they're so ego maniacal that they think they're too good to get caught or will be able to lie their way out of it.
@RadishRose ...sure he did! Guess he killed the children in self defense too. Or did she do that? Or did they do it together?
@MarciKS I'm an "eye" person but I didn't notice that about his eyes!
