Old Movies

The Mouse That Roared - (1959) Just another fun movie with a great Plot.
Declare War on the U.S. and lose in one day without casualties, to get the financial aid they always give to rebuild
the losers country.
Peter Sellers plays 3 parts and is a pleasure to watch on screen.

On a side note, I've let it be known to family and friends that I could use more DVDs from the 'Carry On' series. :D
( the early ones if I can get them, but I'll take any in the series...hard to find in NTSC format )

I never saw Grapes of Wrath but I did enjoy some of the old black and white movies. My first and all time favorite is Mr. Peabody and the Mermaid which aired on Million Dollar Movie for an entire week. I've seen that movie so many times and now have colorized version on VHS. I also loved Saratoga Trunk (Cary Grant, Ingrid Bergman), One Touch of Venus (Ava Gardner, Robert Walker), Arsenic and Old Lace (Cary Grant, Raymond Massey) and Meet John Doe (Gary Cooper, Barbara Stanwyck) which I just realized was released in 1941, 6 years before I was born!
