You are active which helps a lot. Getting up in the morning is definitely the hardest part of the day for me which is why Iām going to start my day with yoga. Itās harder to do first thing in the morning but at least the rest of my day is easier, body pain wise. I can still do the should stand pose - the crane ,,, I think itās called. Iāve heard hot wax works but personally find a tbsp of apple cider vinegar really works wonders. That surprises me too. I've always been very flexible until the last couple years. My hands are very arthritic so much so that I just bought a paraffin bath to help them out. I may want to start a post about that to see who else uses one and if it is helping how they go about it.
But in college yoga class I could go into the plow position, set my knees down on either side of my head and then shift my weight to my knees and pull up into a kneeling position. Currently with sciatica acting up I'm finding it challenging just to pick up anything from ground. Decrepitude is about the only bad thing about getting older.
