I had my first pumpkin anything of the year while out this morning... Pumpkin Spice Latte. Love it or hate it, 'tis the season. I thought it would be fun to see what ya'll come up with for the topic "pumpkin spice." Here's my contribution. (But I wouldn't advise using cc... a lot of it is totally messed up!)

The only pumpkin spice knockoff I enjoy is
Dannon light and fit pumpkin pie flavored Greek yogurt, the apple pie knockoff is good too.

They are both good options for an old pie deprived diabetic. 😉🤭😂

@CallMeKate     Don't make me show up at your door! Pumpkin Spice was fine for a while, but it has taken over and now dominates my favorite season, Drop...so-called because it's when leaves drop off the trees.

I'll take apple anything/everything. TYVM. Apple. Cinnamon. Just leave the pumpkin alone until it's time for pie after Thanksgiving Dinner.

Hehe That's okay, GG... I'll just sit ya down and give ya a pumpkin latte and pumpkin spam sandwich and you'll be smilin' again. :giggle:

I usually love anything pumpkin. Several years ago, I got a stomach ache after eating so much Edy's pumpkin ice cream. It was so good and tasted more like sweet potato pie to me. I love the pumpkin bread sold at Starbuck's (but hate their coffee). I just bought Great Value (Walmart brand) pumpkin oatmeal. It's okay but could be more pumpkin-y.

I loved Nuovo pumpkin ravioli that used to be sold at Costco. I had it wish Hollandaise sauce. I even called the company but found they were not shipping to individuals, just retailers and finding it in Whole Foods, as was suggested, didn't pan out. Kirkland (Costco brand) does sell a very good pumpkin pie. The only pumpkin thing I had that I didn't like was a Dunkin Donut pumpkin filled donut. The filling was disgusting so I threw most of it away. Maybe I'll go to DD and see if they have pumpkin muffins this fall.

I can't emphasize this enough! It's Drop, not fall. Drop. When the leaves drop off the trees.
Okay, okay... maybe I could get used to that. 🤭 But I've worked on genealogy for decades, and when I see that, I think of when people had dropsy and that's called edema today. Word association... yeah, I'm weird... I own it. 😁

@CallMeKate Drop. Dropsy. Not the same. I bet your Rorschach test results would be, um, interesting.

You do realize that this pumpkin spice :poop: is a hill I'm willing to die on⛰️, right? That goes for Spam, too.

I'm beginning to see that! For the record, I don't especially like the "spice" part... like the pumpkin part much more, but they so often come together, I put up with it.
