just another great day
I was closing the shop tonight when something caught my eye
young black tails, one young buck in the felt (sometimes called velvet)
I backed off so they could have their early evening snack
Now, all is well
Tons of company these last few days
Kids and grands
Good times

After living in the mountains for the first year, I began to identify quite a few of the birds that frequented the feeders at the cabin.

Now, down here in town, these little guys are plentiful

Our hummingbird feeder is placed where we can watch them snack on the nectar while we're in the pool. They're so tiny, fast and good at hovering.
