P Diddy found not guilty on most charges

I don't think he should get more prison time. I don't think he should have been denied bail. His partners were willing until they weren't. He wasn't charged with being a disgusting pig. At the first act of violence, the Jane/Cassie should have made immediate plans to leave him if it happened again. And it did. That's domestic violence though. Think they stretched the Mann Act pretty far to get conviction.

As much as I can't stand the guy ... I think I agree here.

I expect he'll do a year or two in prison, and then get out and his "music" will sell even better.
He made a fortune talking over a back beat and strutting around with his mouth hanging open.
He'll be able to do that even better.

I doubt he'll ever again be as successful as in his heyday. While his behavior and predilections may not be illegal, the stink of his level of violence toward women, orchestrated voyeurism and general exploitation will stick to him. Big "ick" factors.

They charged with organized crime type charges. Organized crime is about money.

What was the amount of money Diddy made from the alleged racketeering? How much of the trial showed the flow of money.

I can see the prostitution charges because he was 'recruiting' girls for his parties with money, drugs, celebrities. Besides money for drugs what or where is the racketeering associated money. Or low emphasis on money is why they failed to proove charges like racketeering.

His partners were ready, willing and able to flee any time they wished and everybody involved well knows it for what it really is. Just like other high profile cases involving the rich, famous and perverted the prosecuting attorney seeks a guilty plea to carve another notch in his belt of wins. The defense attorneys are salivating over their 6 figure fees, the judge is deciding on a run for a senate seat, the press are pondering book deals and the dirtbag can't wait to get cut loose on bail so he can join another teen meetup site on the internet. The gavel bangs. Next case.

I expected the outcome. I only hope they don’t find any jury tampering. It’s over. Let’s put it to rest and move on. Even together, it’s doubtful we could change anything. If he did the terrible things he was accused of, then Hell awaits him.

I was more of a " Wait and see" position since often it's headlines (The more lurid the better) that drive traffic to websites/sell papers the commercial industry hates missing out on selling.

So with massive not guilty verdicts, I'm not surprised at the few charges he did catch.
