Paparazzi "Chased" Harry

UNbelievable. And of course we all know what was most likely going through his mind.

yep saw that on the news... and I have 2 thoughts about this...

One of course is that ''oh no.. not again''....

and 2 he brings so much of it on himself.. and what were they doing allowing the paps to chase them for 2 hours ?.. a simple call to the police would have got them stopped after a few minutes.. but no... not Harry and Me Again.. lets play the victim once more..

I've been thinking about this more, and I don't understand why someone would "run" like this... and in the city. Sure those guys are annoying, but they only want pictures, they're not kidnappers. Maybe there are reasons... and I also wonder if they called 911 while being chased for two hours? Haven't read the entire story yet, but those are the questions I'll be interested to hear answers for.

Yes, I was typing that out as you said this... same thought, did they even report it?! I'll post if I find out.

That article was a short read. I think it left more questions & was only from one perspective. As others here already have mentioned, where are the photos & why didn't they call for help. Both of the latter would have supported their claims. Like usual, I want the whole story about what took place.

My first thought was how did it go on for 2 hours? One call to 911 would have ended it as would have a direct drive to the closest police precinct or a fire station for help.

I noticed one of the final comments is the article was that he is trying to get the British government to overturn his police protection when he is in Britain. Is this an attempt to get them to do so?

Okay, I'm going to hop out of this rabbit hole now. The more I'm reading, the more I question. For one thing, I see that today's journalism is cra@@y... why would a report say "Last night, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and Doria Ragland were involved in a terrifying paparazzi car chase involving six blacked out vehicles in a chase that could have been fatal" ???

Why that wording? There wasn't a crash... so the "could have been fatal" is silly. Also, I've noticed that all the "near catastrophic car chase" wording is coming from their own spokespeople. Interesting...

Being that this was NYC and cars were going up the sidewalk, near misses, etc wouldn’t New Yorkers be taking photos, even if they didn’t know what it was about.

Adding: just saw that the NY Post says Harry was recording part of it. He’s probably editing that right now.

Call me an old cynic but I think that pair are exaggerating as usual. They, specifically Meghan, have been so deprived of attention due to the little matter of a Coronation. This is a typical move to get the world's eyes on them again.

Maybe I am wrong but I just do not believe anyone chased them for two hours!

They continue to take the public for fools...

Doesn't anyone recognize FAKE NEWS when they see it??

Look at the original link: .... world/ UK ...from London

That story is written with 'shock and awe' by the British Tabloid Press ... the "wording" isn't by any American journalists.

Plus the story makes no sense whatsoever anyway!

They (British Media) want revenge because Harry is suing them. Period.
I see it on the BBC News app. I don't look anywhere else. I just presume that is official news.

Yes, it's all over all the media outlets, from CNN to FOX to Al Jazeera. (So not just one "side"/slant reporting.) It's not fake news that it happened, but I think a lot of people (news outlets included according to their wording) are questioning how much of it is embellished.

Oh gosh, laughable.
I bet King Charles and family are highly amused. It was only a matter of time before that pair craved attention again. You couldn't make it up, but I actually expect them to keep me entertained now.

Well, Rose, if you've ever been to NYC or have seen pics of the glorious wonderful "I love that place!" city, you'll be extremely amused at trying to picture a two hour "high speed chase" through all that slow moving traffic and high congestion. 🤭 @Rose65
