Paramount plus

Is the "plus" the same as just Paramount ? Can it be watched on TV, or is it only available on-line ?

I don't care to watch TV shows on a 17 inch monitor , when I have a 65 inch TV in the next room.

There are a few programs on it that look interesting ........... 1883 for one.

I downloaded Paramount+ on Roku and pay nothing for it. I think it used to be called CBS Access or something.

Yellowstone is on Paramount, not sure about the + part.
