Perch fillets and brussel sprouts

The fillets were breaded and pan fried.

I always add a bit of cayenne pepper to the bread crumbs.
Basically dip the fillets in flour first.brussels.jpg
Then beat an egg with a small portion of milk.
Dip the fillets in the egg and then put them in the bread crumb mixture to coat.
The brussel sprouts were steamed until tender and then coated with melted butter.

Pretty basic and simple.

I was thinking of a sauce to add but could not come up with anything. Cheese sauces are getting stale for me.
