Pet peeves? Lets hear yours.

When there is a brand with four different types of one product. Sale stickers randomly placed for three. Today I thought my total was too high. Sure enough that one wasn’t on sale and it was in the wrong spot. Got a refund because I was only buying it because of the sale.
I find this happens quite commonly in the grocery products now. Tricky.
 

This annoys me to no end even though I can do nothing about it at all. It is in reference to the younger generation and smoking or vaping. Now I point out the younger generation specifically because the older generation may have been smoking for years before all the big warnings came about and have a pretty strong addiction to Nicotine. I am not saying they should still not try to quit. It is the younger generation in there teens and 20's and even 30's that are smoking and vaping that easily know the effects of them. I know it is not my life or health that is being affected unless they puff it in my face, but I look at these young kids and some of them are kids that shouldn't even have these products and I just want to shake them and say you are destroying your lungs and body.
 
People who drive huge, disgusting SUVs like GMC Yukons, Cadillac Escalades, etc. They are typically driven by soccer moms who maybe have two kids max. They are typically the ones who hog two lanes or turn at the last minute because they are distracted because they are on their phones.

HAHA. Maybe the person wants to show you that your car isn't so special that it deserves the whole parking lot all to itself. :giggle:
 
Commercials that say only a short time left..yet the ad never goes off the air…
The ad where ( I forget her name) stands in a washroom and says..another one got her period…and introduces 5 kinds of feminine products..

Maybe, or maybe not. The UK does have its spelling peculiarities...
As some of my clients are in Canada, oddities come up occasionally...
Neighbourhood.. aluminium... tyres (always causing me to think "Tyres, Tyres, burning bright.. in the forests of the night.." :ROFLMAO:
But the one that drives me batty: WHILST... :oops:

becky1951... your peeve makes me wonder where people got their driver's licenses?? you drive on the right side of the road... you should move you're cart along the right side of the aisle.

People that carry on a conversation on their phone while shopping. So annoying. People who "pop" or make cracking sounds with their gum. People, usually men, who whistle constantly. People who stop two or three car lengths from the car in front of them at red lights and people who are first in line at a red light are slow to proceed when the light turns green leaving us poor souls behind them to sit through another light cycle. Commercials for Medicare plans, reverse mortgages, and prescription meds on television.
 
j-kat... i always leave a few car lengths between. if car in front stalls, i have room to pull out and around. and when light turns green... i try to be ready to GO!

though joe namath was very cute "back in the day" and not bad looking 50 years later... ths medicare commercials made me crazy. none of those goodies are available for regular people. i collect my ss and a very modest pension... that's it... and called to ask about those no premium, no deductible, money back into ss checks, etc... NAH! not available unless you pretty much have nothing.
