Pharmaceutical T.V. Ads

It's against all Broadcasting advertising rules in the UK to promote or advertise prescription drugs.... they can promote generic meds, but that's where it stops...
 

Pharmaceutical television ads bother me no more than other ads, what bothers me is how automatic doctors today prescribe medications to their patients.

We live in a pill-popping world today, with a pill for everything.
 

Well, at least we do have a mute button, Irwin. Mine gets plenty of use when watching network TV, which isn't too often these days, since Netflix and Prime came along.
 
I'm not going to ask my doctor about any medication, she will put me on what ever she feels I need.
