Making snowman in August? dont laugh It could happen the way the weather been acting lately.

Thanks Davey, interesting! I know our Oregon weather has changed. We've had a handful of hot days, and even though only staying in 80s during the day, I notice the nights are too warm to open the windows and get some fresh air. August can be the hottest, with temps in the 100s then. Thunderstorms are typical, especially up toward Salem/Portland, and East from there. Growing up, it was always expected, super, hot weather, then a cooling thunderstorm. Be interesting to see if things actually cool off for our usually hottest times this year;)

PS I've been up into BC, as far as Salmon Arm, in Summer (fire-season) and a hotter place I've never been. Always thought the further North, the cooler, not so;)

Looks like while that's going on in the upper Midwest, it's forecast to be hotter than normal down here.

We are having high humidity here near Roseburg Oregon too. It isn't cooling off at night. Only part I find hard because I can't open my windows and doors as it's still cooler inside. I have AC because of the nice house I get to live in for now, but I prefer fresh air. I mean if it's hot, I can't live without AC (ok, so I could but..lol) 75% humidity, what's yours Davey? Our lows are 59 ish, which is nothing compared to some of the Southern States I know:(

Don't mind Davey, he's just having another of his hotflashes, :giggle: Sorry Davey, I'm naughty, and love to tease you guys;)

It's been wonderful here, and nice break from the heat. Yesterday was cool, in the 70s, and we've been getting some rain daily...so life is good! :eek:k:
