Pray for my Granddaughter in Iraq.

My Grandaughter is 20 years old and she will be on mission work in Northern Iraq. Two plane trips and a 5 hour car ride to get there. She is close to an Isis encampment and are very afraid for them. She is a Type I Diabetic@, so shE has special needs.
Please pray for her safe return...

I had a Grandson that lived in Bolivia for a year and very proud of him.

Linda

Wishing the best for your granddaughter Linda, hope she stays safe. Does she have any plans on trying to get back home?

Same here Georgia , positive thoughts and a wish for her safety. I have had a s-i-l and 2 nephews who served in Afghanistan , so I know what the worry is like

She is teaching them English. If they ask about the Bible and Christianity, they are allowed to talk to them about it. And no. She is not in the Military.

Thanks, Georgia. I understand now as I've had friends do the same thing in China, under the same constrictions.
They will ask and she is at risk. I will add my prayers to the others.

I suggest a reading of psalm 140

Agreeing with what Raven & those above said. BUT
A young Christian woman could do a tremendous amount of good right in the U.S. teaching English,q wholesome values, & talk about her religion if the opportunity presented itself without risking her life, terrifying her family & possibly putting others' lives at risk if she needed to be rescued.

Will be praying for your Grandaughter, Georgia, for her safety, and also will add her name to our church prayer list

My Grandaughter is finally home, thank God. The whole village of refugees and her had to be moved to a safer location. They went over a large mountain range and lake to resettle. They had to move because the U S had gotten permission to launch their jets from Turkey to fight ISIS. Her group decided it was time to go home. She had a lovely stopover in Austria on the way back.
She is a wandering soul. She is off to Pennsylvania this weekend to teach a Bible School to children.
