prayers for Sen.John McCain

I saw on TV today,Sen John McCain,R Ariz has decided to stop medical treatment for his brain cancer.
I'll be keeping him and his family in my nightly prayers.
I hope this thread isn't deleted under the circumstances Sue

Same here. Prayers to John McCain and his family. I was really hoping his treatment would work, but not counting out a miracle.

My husband died with brain cancer 5 years ago. We went to Mayo, M.D. Anderson, everywhere. After four months of treatments, he had enough. He stopped treatment, but miraculously lived another eight months. Everyone had the right to decide when they die, if they have that option. I pray for Sen McCain and his family.

I haven't always agreed with the Senator McCain's politics, but hie showed great integrity over the years. I salute the man and his family and wish them strength as they go through this very difficult time.

Though I also frequently disagreed with Senator McCain politics, I believe he is a man of great courage, dignity and integrity, and he served this country with honor. His passing will be a great loss.

I keep him and his family in my thoughts and prayers and hope for them to find peace and strength.
