Prayers needed for my wife.

She's a fighter for sure... she's a great lady.. a great mother, great daughter.. and great wife... and now she's got everyone of her nurses and Doctors proud of her as well...

Ken--I read all of your posts and it all sounds very encouraging for a full recovery or at least a better than 90% recovery. I am always concerned with scar tissue. That stuff can put the kabockels on a great surgery or recovery. I would imagine that since the surgery was on the brain there will be very little scar tissue.

I also found that nutrition is a great healer, so make sure she eats good nutritional foods. You can have the red meat and potatoes later. Eat a lot of greens with different colored peppers and a little oil. No onions. At least for now. A lot of Vitamin B rich foods.

Great news. It sounds like she could be on her way to coming home soon.

This Saturday will be her Birthday, we where hoping she would be home!! I told her we can not rush her great progress and to continue striving hard..

Update: After 42 days away from home, my wife will be coming home Wednesday!! She will have to use the aid of a walker until she regains full use of her left leg. Also we will be trying Home Health Therapy for 3 days a week..

Overjoyed that she is returning home....Thank you all for your prayers and thoughts, they really meant a lot..
