Each day will look a little brighter. I have been exposed to people who have been in your wife’s position. It’s amazing how far medicine has come since we were all kids. Your wife will continue to get well each day. If God has taught us anything, it’s that each new day brings a new beginning. And with each new beginning comes hope. Hope has always been a good thing. Here’s hoping that your wife will be back to her usual self very soon.

So sorry, this must be incredibly difficult. Trust in the experts, they really are incredible and they will bring her through.
I hope and pray all goes smoothly as expected.
 
It’s good to hear that each day has been a healing day. I put a lot of faith and trust in our Lord.

OTOH, my wife’s one brother passed away yesterday. It was expected, so the family was prepared. Death isn’t all bad. Death can have a calming effect on those of us left behind. He suffered greatly with liver and lung cancer, so death was a blessing in this case. He is now at peace and out of pain.

When he first became ill with lung cancer in both lungs, I offered to give him one of my lungs. I later found out that I couldn’t do that, but I may have been able to donate 2 or 3 of my lower lobes on one of the lungs, but then the surgeon said it wasn’t possible. He was a great guy and the world will be a lesser place for losing him.

Update as a year has gone by...She has 99% recovered, except for numbness in her left leg..She will see her DR at the end of this month for testing on any nerve problems going on..

well she looks absolutely marvellous after that scare you all had as a family last year.... but having such a caring family probably contributed greatly to her recovery...
 
This whole thread is heartwarming and downright amazing. So many praying for her here in SF, your family and friends praying, all of the helpers, the hospital staff, therapy staff....and last but not least YOU. You have been through so much too. And she is remarkable! This world needs good news...wow.

Thank you heavenly Father for all the healing, for all the helpers. For all those who have shown concern...Bless them and keep them 🙏🤗🌻
