I know 2 families who have the heated towel racks. They said they don't care about them; they just came with the house. 
When I was 4 years old, we lived in a new apartment development that had heated floors. I remember that my mother loved them.

I have never heard of anyone who didn't care about heated towel rails... everyone I know wouldn't be without one.. and those who don't have them would love them. Amazing you know not only know one family, but 2 separate people who don't care about them...I know 2 families who have the heated towel racks. that particular one was being touted a few years ago everywhere, I remember , as one of the best mineral deodorants.. not anti-perspirant, when there was a Breast cancer scare with regard to Anti-perspirants...

I use that one in a roll on form. The mineral stick is also available in a small travel size, so that’s what I carry to keep my liquids to the permitted amount. Always unscented.
Yesterday, I saw a deodorant in a powder and brush form at a health food store. I never would have noticed it if not for this topic. Still not going to buy it because I don’t want to be inhaling any loose powder.
