Random Pictures taken using your Phone..Let's see yours

No you're misunderstanding . The whole photo section on this forum is there for anyone to show photos on any device.. cameras/ videos, phones ... this ONE thread is for showing off pictures taken with ONLY phones.. simple as that.. where's the problem ??

After 10 years .. why is there a problem now with this ONE thread.?
Perhaps you're misunderstanding my post. My assertion is simply that the important element is the PHOTO, not the device it was taken on. Therefore having a section exclusively for a type of device is unnecessary. Ten years ago, a photo taken on a phone might have a novelty value, but now is mainstream.

I don't take many pics and post even less, so it's not worth worrying about.
p.s. I still have a Pentax SLR but can't get the film these days.

yes..no you're misunderstanding... there are many other Photo threads for photos taken with anything.. Camera, Video.. and PHONE.....

However this thread is specifically for the photos taken with Phone, to show off how a phone is capable of certain types of photography..

if you have a problem with this there are many other photo threads in the photo section for you to choose to post your photos.. please ignore this one if it bothers you so much that other people can have a place to share their Phone pictures only!

Ye olde London bridge in Lake Havasu, Arizona
there's an Urban Myth that says the American who bought the original London bridge thought he was actually buying Tower bridge... the cantilever bridge... and a vast amount of people believe that tale... but that's all it is... a tale... He knew exactly what he was buying ..and I say it looks a lot better in that scene than it's newer version over the Thames... in my welcome picture... these buses are going over London bridge

and here is it....

That's what the one here looks like (top photo) right down to the old lamp posts. It's interesting that the original bridge in London was solid granite, stone throughout, but the reassembled Arizona bridge uses the original granite blocks glued on as a facade over a new, reinforced poured concrete structure. To achieve this, the massive granite blocks were "shaved" or "hollowed out" to reduce their weight. There are even anecdotes of pieces of the shaved stone being sold as souvenirs at the time of the reassembly.

yesterday I went to a Stately home where the Italian gardens are more of an interest than the house itself.... it was a hot day but overcast & sun, when I left the house there wasn't a cloud in the sky, but when I got to the Stately home 2 hours later ... it was like this....
