Re: bolded quote. I've had to deal with a few customer service reps with heavy accents. It can be quite annoying.

I was becoming rather annoyed. Trying to understand her was a real task, with a few pauses because I had not idea what she said or asked.

@Bretrick this is the very reason I have a low-dose CT scan every year. I smoked for years. Oddly, my doctor doesn't contact me afterward. The place that does the CT scan sends me an email. The last one just indicated that everything was normal.
