The look like scratches to me. The bug would have to have some serious fangs to do that. Were you doing something outside. Rose bushes? Raspberry bushes? Barberry shrubs?I don't think it was bugs. Still too cold here for much insect or spider activity, although I've see jumping spiders in the widow casements. They are so tiny, I doubt they could bite that far apart.
Did the sores start off as blisters?1/8 inch (3 mm) apart. Not itchy, sore or inflamed. Maybe I just brushed up against something.

I have similar from yard work. Yesterday, it looked like a rash. Today, it looks more like scratches. I washed, applied peroxide, and then doused with Calamine lotion. As long as you aren't itchy and it isn't spreading, I'd try simple things. As for mosquitos,Yes, mowing the lawn and I have to get close to spirea bushes in the front yard.
With those abandoned tires next to my property, I am concerned about mosquitoes, but still kind of early for them.
