Red smiley faces in the top right corner

Trurhfully looking back I think it was my way of saying 'I have repaid your kindness AND YOU AIN'T GETTING ANY' hahahahaha

Look on the positive side. When business is driving you insane, this young lady may just provide the distraction that you need to take your mind off things. :) The young have a gift for that. :cool1:

Wrigley's I had no idea what peep toes are and I am a woman, mind you I wear sandals, flip flops and hiking boots. Not into shoes myself. I think the young gal sounds lovely and she is really trying to put forth a good impression. I bet in a month or so you will be lost with out her smileys. :giggle:

She sounds like a breath of fresh air! I can tell she really appreciates the job because of all the effort she is putting into it.

Well, she's good at distracting our walk-ins I'll say that.

I'm only in the office a couple hours a day now, so I can get a lot done. There's only 6 units but there's also a park with a playground and trees (including 2 orange trees) and bbqs, a basketball/badmitten/skateboard area, and a laundry room....always stuff to do.

Enjoy, and appreciate the wisdom of youth, because the young have great skills to share.

Oh I'm pretty familiar with their skills.

Actually, I am the skills master. When my dad's construction company took off back in the 70s, he hired a lot of "troubled youths" and handed them over to me to train. Framing, drywall, painting, flooring, tile setting, and when I got good at electrical I taught that too. And along the way, I taught work ethics.

I still hire young workers who strike me as needing a skill set, but only if they also strike me as being receptive to the lessons in work ethics. I've been burned a couple times, but I still trust my judgment.

For fun I have been teaching a few former workers (who are now successfully employed) how to surf.

They are something I won't soon forget. :)

Peep toes ... hairy spew ... I'm learning a whole new vocabulary here.

Wrigs, she sounds like a doll - hold onto that young enthusiasm for as long as you can. Better than a cranky old lady barking at applicants LOL!

Oh, and not to be a d**che or anything but it should be "How We Can Get Along Well Here".

Sorry ... writer ...

Nah, it's ok. I *dumbed it down* on purpose. Not very nice, I know, but it makes me smile every time I hand one over.

And you are the first to point it out, so....

Oh, and yeah, she's a keeper. Big Mama had a lot of heart, but definitely a barker.
