It is keto meal replacement shake that contains all the vitamins and minerals for one third of your daily nutrients. I have been using it for about four years I think. You can drink it as a shake or freeze the shake and make it into ice cream (which is what I do). You can also make it into recipes which a lot of people do. So I can eat a pint of ice cream for a meal and I like to do that when it gets hot, which it is now.
 
I am feeling really good these last few days. Maybe because I finally took the steps to go to therapy and learn how to manage this part of my life. My knees still hurt. Walking is still difficult. I figure I can deal with that. Just want to keep the swelling down and will do whatever I have to do.

Today and the next three days I am working on my apartment, Spring cleaning. Taking down all the winter weatherizing I did. Make it look bright and cheery for spring and summer.

so you just make a bunch of the shakes and freeze them?
