Reincarnation: What do you believe?

Why are we discussing this? It's an unknown factor. No one, no group, no religion has the answer. It's an unknown. there is no answer. It's like, you're on your own. Now there's something else of a Woooo nature to ponder. Is Twitter run by the JWs ? I recall one of their brochures saying in essence... "hurry hurry hurry only 144,000 places in Heaven and it's filling fast."

Is 144 a mystical number that only the spiritually enlightened can discern? WooooOOooooo.
Is Twitter a wormhole into another dimension? Sure seems that way sometimes.

Good point Drifter, why indeed? With me it's simply a well drilled reflex. Like saying 'good morning' back to perfect strangers who you don't give a toss have one or not.

Soon as these subjects pop up there's clicking and whirring happens and I'm tapping away before I even think about it. Pure reflex.

144 is indeed a mystical number - that's why I try to avoid Twitter as much as possible.


  • There are 12 strands of double-helix DNA in the human body. 12 squared is 144. WooooOOooooo!
  • There are 12 working hours in a day (John 11:9) - 12 hours x 12 months = 144. WooooOOooooo!
  • As you mentioned, Revelations 7 and 14 mention 144,000. WooooOOooooo!
  • "The E-Mail Mystery" is the 144th book in the Nancy Drew series. WooooOOooooo!
  • USA-144 was the designation for a mysterious spy satellite launched in 1999. WooooOOooooo!
  • I just counted the pennies in my piggy bank. Guess how many? No, there are 234, but subtract 90 and you have ... WooooOOooooo!

I agree 100%. There is no answer. And there doesn't need to be an answer. Life is about the journey, not the destination.

But I enjoy speculating in my own little fantasy world sometimes.
