Report on my DEXA (bone density) scan

I don't drink milk per se, but consume it other forms like yogurt and cheeses. I do get half pints if I request a meal when I deliver. I stick those in the freezer and they are handy if I want to make pudding or some baked item.
 

Start eating and drinking more.
Osteopenia means your bones are weakened (which means an increased risk of fractures) and you are on your way to osteoporosis.
Increasing your weight bearing exercises will help tremendously.
