In another example of our pathetic justice system, under the law, pets are considered "Property." Even if the person is found, he'll likely face nothing more than a small fine. Considering the price of the big Mercedes he's driving, the fine would be insignificant.
 
In addition to all the above it has been shown in some horrendous crime cases that the individuals concerned had a history of abusing animals when children. If someone can carry out such a despicable act of cruelty what does that say about their personality.
I read on occasions that someone who has abused animals will not be allowed to own animals for x amount of years. No No No. If someone abuses an animal they should never ever ever be allowed to own an animal. I don't care if it's only a worm. I feel very very strongly on this issue. 😡

There truly is evil out there, just pure evil people.

Locally, we had a guy that threw a puppy out of the window of a car, while the car was on an overpass. The little dog didn't make it. People wanted that guys head ! But as usual the media didn't follow up on it, don't know what ever happened to the piece of shit.
 
Awwww...what a little sweetie! Thank God the kitten was not killed. Why not just do what the good samaritan did...let the kitten off in a park or better yet find an animal shelter for it. Hope he goes to a special kind of hell ( or better yet...experiences it right here on earth). :mad: God bless the person who rescued the kitten.
