I was amazed to find out there are estimated to be over 2000 different varieties of cheese in the world.
I recently went into an Italian market, and I swear they must have had half of them there (Like 16 ft of just cheese)
One of my fav's is smoked gouda, though it wouldn't be too much of a stretch to label me a cheese-aholic.
It just has a marvelous way of making many foods so much better.
