I doubt any of this would be in the court proceedings. I was just speaking to his lifestyle as discussed in some report many years ago.
 
Kayne West drugged and raped his former assistant at a party with Diddy, she claims in a horrifying new lawsuit against the disgraced rapper.

Influencer and former OnlyFans star Lauren Pisciotta sued West in June for allegedly sexually harassing and stalking her while she worked for him in 2021-22.

Now, a new 88-page updated lawsuit filed on Friday night and obtained by DailyMail.com makes dozens of new disturbing claims.
Pisciotta detailed West's alleged sick sexual obsessions, and his fetish for also wanting to sleep with his targets' mothers - including his wife Bianca Censori's family.

The lawsuit delves into his allegedly infamous sex parties and the full horror of his neo-Nazi views that included hate-filled rants and forcing staff to draw swastikas.

She also claimed West promised to pay her a $4 million a year salary, bragged about it to Jay-Z, then wrongfully fired her and reneged on a $3 million severance payout.

West denied the claims in her original lawsuit, calling them 'baseless' and accused her of 'blackmail and extortion', but has yet to file a defense.
But her most serious claim was that years before she worked for him, he drugged and raped her - only allegedly confessing in his last weeks as her boss.

Pisciotta claimed she met West when he invited her client, a musician, to a studio session and party he co-hosted with his friend Sean 'Diddy' Combs.

West announced that everyone at the event at the Santa Monica studio had to drink if they wanted to stay, and she was handed a beverage by West himself.

Pisciotta after a few sips 'suddenly started to feel disorientated and... began to slip into an altered and highly impaired state', the lawsuit read.

'She felt less in control of her body and speech and that is where [her] memories of the night escape her,' it claimed.

The next day, she felt 'ashamed and embarrassed' that she couldn't remember the evening and her musician client refused to discuss what happened.

Pisciotta claimed she only learned years later why her client 'was too traumatized and disturbed to speak about that night'.

After years of believing she was drugged by a studio assistant but escaped without being molested, she allegedly learned the truth from West.

She claimed that not long before he fired her in November 2022, he was enraged about a comment his ex-wife made about him and Pisciotta having an affair while he was still married.

The ex-wife's name was withheld in the lawsuit, but West's only wife besides Censori was Kim Kardashian, who divorced him earlier in 2022.

Pisciotta told West she wanted to send Kardashian a text to clear things up with her, as it 'appeared she was under the wrong impression' about them.

However, she claimed West told her she couldn't send a message denying they were ever intimate, due to what happened at the Santa Monica party.

'We did kind of hook up a little one time,' the lawsuit claimed West told her.

'[West] then immediately proceeded to reminisce about the time he was referring to... where he "hooked up" with [Pisciotta] after she had been drugged,' the lawsuit claimed.

oh yes, it's well and truly started. A desprado today in the Uk, said ''she's been at many of his parties in her early 20's...in 2005 and had suffered dreadfully.. etc...... except she's so thick that it didn't take anyone more than a second to know that in 2005..this 33 year old was only 13......just someone trying to jump on that old bandwagon

Snoop is a generally positive guy, an everyman. If he had come up through rock and roll or country music, or even acting, his popularity would probably have been the same. He's like Ozzy Osborne, outrageous in their youth, but good-hearted people.

That's my take, anyway.
 
I'm 78, and I never heard of Combs. But, today, 7 new lawsuits were filed against Combs for sexual abuse- 3 female and 4 male.
Reading about the filings, there were a lot of "unnamed". All 7 accusers are "unnamed". Supposedly, there other celebrities involved, but of course, there are "unnamed".
Is Combs guilty? I wasn't there. But I think if you're going to accuse someone of something that could result in serious jail time, and is going to professionally damage someone, you should be named.

Thugery is a disturbing factor in contemporary life. I lived for a short period near a guy, Charlie, who had immigrated to BC, Canada from Missoula, Montana. After he'd become a documented immigrant, he went over to Spain to do some business, and got nabbed with a sizable quantity of drugs as he crossed into France; he spent five years in a French prison for trafficking. And upon release, he returned to BC.

Well after this, there was a recently elected Premier of our province (topmost office-holder) who was unpopular with many in our region. I was talking with a friend of mine, and he recounted how Charlie had mentioned knowing a man who, for $5000, would assassinate the Premiere. ($13K in today's money). Point being, extremely wealthy celebrity criminals would have no problem hiring violence... it'd be 'small change' for them.


BTW, my comment doesn't reflect on Americans on the whole... SF American members are great examples suggesting that the majority are kindly, decent citizens. And it's not meant to represent people from Missoula, as I'm confident most of that city's residents are upright folks

This seems to have been one of the worst kept secrets in the entertainment business that has spanned decades with many high profile celebrities in attendance at various parties and events.

I don’t condone his behavior, I just don’t understand what finally brought it to light.

His ex-girl friend, Cassie Ventura, who stated he beat her up regularly, filed a civil lawsuit November 2023 describing his abuse as well as the "freak-off" parties where she said women were heavily drugged and raped or coerced into se@ual acts that Combs had taped and allegedly subsequently used as blackmail to keep his victims quiet.

He settled the case (paying her off) within a day, but her public lawsuit prompted more lawsuits, including at least one by a woman who claimed she was only 17 when she was gang raped by Combs and another male. Still more lawsuits ensued, and a hotel security video showing Combs beating Ventura went viral.

The FBI apparently took note and raided his home in March 2024, where they apparently found corroborating evidence including drugs, videos and over 1000 bottles of baby oil. He claims to be innocent of all charges (sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution), remains in custody and has been denied bail. Prosecutors also suggest more charges may be forthcoming.

@Aunt Bea, after reading your question I became curious myself, read a couple of articles, and pieced together the timeline.
 
What probably upsets me most about things like Combs's White Parties and the "Events" that the CEO of Abercrombie & Fitch held, is that these things went on for 20 years or more before anyone spoke up. I would have hoped that if a decent person went to a party and saw underage people forced to take part in orgies they would have reported it.

I hope Combs doesn't suicide. That would be the easy way out for someone like him. For years he's strutted around with his mouth hanging open and his eyes glazed over, soaking up the attention from people who act like he's royalty. I want him to have to mingle with the prison population, no drugs, no drinks, no women and an open toilet in his room.

It's likely most of Combs's party attendees had no idea what might be going on behind the scenes. The "freak-offs" seem to have been entirely events from separate from his big parties that were awash with celebrities.

Information is just coming out about the Abercrombie CEO and his cronies.

Creeps like these stay under the radar for a long time because of their power, wealth and ability to cover things up. Until it all comes crashing down. Jeffrey Epstein got away with it for many years.

That's just the name Combs gave to some of his big parties where everyone was required to wear white. An ironic color considering the debauchery that went on.

I hope he goes to a prison where everyone there is like Packerjohn. That would be the ultimate punishment for today's big celebrity.
 
About 10-15 years ago when reality shows were becoming the latest fad Diddy had one and I always thought it more contrived and 'dull' than others.

I guess there's a celebrity check list one must complete to stay on top as an A list celebrity and that includes going to the right parties. Many attendees probably didn't do anything illegal but in this day and age how can they not know what goes on. I don't know how many times I've gone into a bar restroom especially on a Saturday night in the 1980s caught others snorting lines of cocaine as I'm sure many of these attendees have witnessed something similar.

They likely knew there was debauchery going on somewhere behind the scenes, but presumed it was voluntary rather than coerced.
 
I've been following just a bit of this on Facebook when I pop in there,
the actual videos that have been submitted by a variety of people who
know Sean Combs are now circulating (or at least portions of some
videos) Some very disgusting things out in the open via the cameras
he had set up everywhere caught a lot of 'can't believe it' things. Some
Facebook members are up in arms so to say, because they can't believe
that FB is allowing some of the actual footage. It is revealing..

I don't have a television but what I think i understand is that he was convicted of assisting prostitutes, maybe paying them to cross state lines for sex. This happens all day every day in the USA, including all political conventions, superbowls ... you name it.
 
July 2, 2025. According to the TV, Combs could get 2-4 years in prison, since he was acquitted of the more serious charges.
Combs does not sound like a very reputable person. But from what little I know about the case, there were a lot of "unnamed sources", and "anonymous witnesses". That kind of evidence may satisfy a blogger. I'm not too sure that would go over well in a court of law. And apparently, it didn't.
Plus Combs' net worth is half a $ billion, so with "good behavior", he might be out by next weekend.
