Semi retired dime-a-dozen, cheap, two-bit stand up comic

Well, I don't respond well to comedians who rely on smut for comedy. That's over.

I love laughing at ourselves, wit and a certain amount of sarcasm. Impersonation.

I was a big fan of Richard Jeni, and Robin Williams- so many others I can't recall now.

Tim Allen, Margaret Cho, Sebastian Maniscalco, Jim Gaffigan, The Early SNL Stars, Jay Leno, Gabriel Iglesias,
Steven Wright, oh there are too many.

Excusing some of his language, I think George Carlin was a genius. As was Gilda Radner.

I didn't like Andrew Dice Clay or Richard Pryor.

I was a fan of Richard Jeni too.

Tragic that like Robin Williams, he committed suicide several years ago.

I was never a big fan of Williams as a stand up comedian, although I enjoyed his acting work and liked him as a celebrity personality.

Yes, Williams was a bit over the top sometimes, but I still got laughs. I know what you mean, though.

I had the pleasure of working with Jeni. He gave me some great advice about one of my bits. I didn't take it, but I saw his point. He was brilliantly funny.
