Back then I had some choice in the matter. Now a days I'd pee anywhere under any circumstances when the need is there.

I might add that it is custom in Korea for both sexes to use the same bathroom as I noted in 1963...

I'm quite comfortable being naked in front of others, and don't really care what they think, my doctor is a lady, and she's seen every part of me, everyone is different, fat, thin, long, short, perky or droopy, does it matter? of course not

Perhaps more to the point: are other people comfortable with you being naked in front of them?
When I had an MRI a couple weeks ago they gave me 2 hospital gowns to put on, one for the front and one worn backwards. That was a clear signal to me that they didn't want to see any of my...nakedness.

Yeah sooner or later you will have to be naked in front of others, in the hospital or in the morgue.

I like wearing clothes, so nudity other than necessary for medical, isn't my thing.
