Comments on women's weight seems to be the main form of this according to a book just out by Kirsten Gillibrand. Many are complaining that she brings this up but does not mention names. Should she? Absolutely in my never humble opinion but you have the right to disagree with me...
 

I think Ms Gillibrand can take care of herself if this is true

but this is way over the top

The worst example occurred after Gillibrand had a baby and eventually lost 50 pounds.
An older senator approached her from behind, squeezed her waist and declared:
“Don’t lose too much weight now. I like my girls chubby.”

He deserved a sharp elbow in the guts or a stiletto to the instep for not keeping his hands to himself.

It is hard to name names while she is still a serving senator because she may need their votes to pass future legislation.
 

Dame Warrigal; when I first started working, in the 70's; this kind of stuff, and worse; happened all the time, to me, and others.
the only recourse we had then was a swift; back off; or words to that effect, and a method of getting men out of one's own space.
if we complained; we were just laughed at, and told not to be so sensitive.

I said that you had the right to disagree with me but I don't encourage it...
 
I was lucky because as a teacher I was never working in an almost male environment, especially as I mostly taught in girls schools.
Just as well because I might have forgotten that I was a lady and growled, "Back off, Fishface!.

Anyone who touched me though tended to get a reflex action that either took away the wind or caused a short sharp pain.
 
Exactly; I remember my mother saying to me; never get into a lift alone with a man that gives you the creeps, however little!

Sorry Ralphy; it happened; and it was always middle-aged men; usually with greasy hair, and just creepy; probably like some of your senators! I could name names; even now; but they are probably dead..
 
Wow! I scrolled thru stopping at the cartoons and will read in detail later. From what I observed we have nothing on you guys when it comes to nastiness. Almost makes Jack and Ted K. look like choir boys...
 
Well, the former female PM was a hussy and shacked up in the PM's residence with her boyfriend so she could have anticipated some attacks...
 
I know that Aussies tend to be a loose lot but a prominent politician should not advertise her looseness...

Off topic; what people do in their private lives is fine by me; provided it doesn't affect their job.
sexual harassment usually occurs on the job; (pun noticed), and is a completely different can of worms; it is unwanted by one party; not consensual.
 
You are beginning to upset this innocent young lad by possibly mentioning in detail any below the waist things in the future...

It seems that your climate encourages skimpy attire for most of the year which causes flesh to be flaunted that results in, well, you should have gotten the picture by now, just don't take any pics that could be hacked...
