Try clicking on the "post reply", and when you're ready to post, then separately open the file folder where you have the picture stored, then shorten up that window so it only takes up half the screen, so you can see both the SF post window on the left, and the file folder contents on the right. Then just drag and drop the photo you want into the SF window. It should work.I have not been able to post pictures lately either. Not sure why. I can post memes fine.
