have people noticed the chocolate companies are giving you less and less -
crisps or potatoe chips the small bags have barely 8 in a pkt half filled with air ?
mars bars - shocking size used to be thick and long ' are they using different milk like when we was kids all far creamier ;
maltesers use to be in a box and it was nearly fall -now they have no smell or taste to them --so what have you bought thats a sweet con !

The contents of the packages keep getting smaller and I keep getting bigger! :(

I laugh every year at Christmas when I buy my annual box of chocolate covered cherries.

Seems everything is being downsized. Name it and you are getting less. I bought a jar of dill pickles last week and it was half liquid.

Yes, I noticed the shrinkage on them. I've also seen extra large ones they carry now. I like Butterfinger's!

I've noticed it on a few items. The latest for me is Nutri-Grain bars, same wrapper, smaller bar . Manufactures / suppliers never miss a chance to "up" the profit.

Not only chocolate. I have a tried and true casserole that I've made in a pinch ever since the kids were little using a can of this and a can of that.. Recently I decided to make it for the hubby and I and It tasted terrible,very bland and dry. I finally figured out that every ingredient in the recipe now contained a couple of ounces less.
I made it again, opening two cans of each to compensate for the lost ounces and it made all the difference in the world.
I won't be making that again because of all the leftover ingredients.
