You have to hand it to local authorities, if you touched the sharp edges you might injure yourself.
And if you throw stones at a completely pointless sign, you might damage it.
As for the sign not being in use, words fail me.
If you are not a Welsh speaker, you might get lost looking for Llantwit Major or Llanilltud Fawr, so they have pointed you in the right direction, or is that the left direction?
