Actually liquids in general.

Interesting. Has anyone heard about saliva management and teeth before?

Pure spring or mineral water from wells doesn't protect your teeth from cavities. It lacks fluoride, which is essential for strengthening enamel and preventing decay.

Lol, another example of what-not-to-believe, from Youtube videos!
If you're suggesting that Dr. Ellie isn't to be believed, I'd have to respectfully disagree with you Nathan. I've been following her protocol for about 8 months and I'm thrilled I found her. My whole family has poor quality teeth and I grind and the result was a lot of gum loss. But after 8 months, I actually am getting some regrowth on those teeth that were showing 'root' and getting tighter gums with the dreaded 'pockets' disappearing. And I had a lot of generalized mouth discomfort because of the grinding, rocking molars and inflammation. Even the molars have tightened up!

It's a combination of gum massage, getting rid of the gum disease by using Listerine Cool to kill the bacteria and using separate morning/night time toothbrushes. I'm so glad I saw her videos because I'd actually been watching videos about dentures and the pros and cons. That's probably why her videos started appearing.

But I wasn't suggesting anything about Dr. Ellie, never heard of her.

Youtube has some wonderfully informative videos, and some wonderfully misleading videos...being my only point.

Sorry, I guess I misunderstood the point you were making. And you are right, some great educational videos and then some that nobody should be seeing.
