Six Daily Movements Older Japanese Do

Balance, slow purposeful movement, focus on posture and alignment. Makes me glad that I've chosen Tai Chi and Chi Gong as an important part of my life as I get older. ☯️
 

I've been looking for some type of a work to do at home since I gave up the gym. My back won't let me workout on some of their machines I used to do because I find them putting pressure on my spine that hurts. This looks like something I need to try & see if it helps for flexibility. I like what they said about the walking which is easy for me to do at home outside.

Even working outside in the yard/garden & with the horses doesn't give me the real workout that I need.
