I've been looking for some type of a work to do at home since I gave up the gym. My back won't let me workout on some of their machines I used to do because I find them putting pressure on my spine that hurts. This looks like something I need to try & see if it helps for flexibility. I like what they said about the walking which is easy for me to do at home outside.
Even working outside in the yard/garden & with the horses doesn't give me the real workout that I need.
