Frozen rain.What is snow?
was just about to ask "what are loo rolls? when i realized... that's TP, right! when NJ forecasts are calling for mandatory death and destruction, i run a mental checklist. TP is in top 5. coffee and at least half & half... thought for the amount of time we've ever been cabin-bound... i could do hot tea, i don't use a lot of sugar, but have back-up sweeteners,,, raw sugar, honey, agave syrup, etc. i can't remember the last time when i really did need eggs or bread or milk. Here it's more likely to be Bread , Milk, & beer... or Bread, Milk & Loo rolls
Ya..Loo-rolls..slang for TP....was just about to ask "what are loo rolls? when i realized... that's TP, right! when NJ forecasts are calling for mandatory death and destruction, i run a mental checklist. BEER is a given! some GOOD "junk food is essential" i have a can of jumbo lump crab meat in fridge right now that could become a heap of mini crab-cakes.
That would be the only way I could enjoy cold weather and snow. I envy you.For 14 years I lived in a two season state, Alaska
and I loved every minute of the snow
and cool -20 temp's at my cabin
on the edge of nowhere

We finally had a smattering of snow today, but not much to crow about at all. None since just before Christmas and that wasn't very bad at all. I love the beauty of snow and the sound of silence that accompanies it. Here in New Jersey, we will get warnings galore and they are a laugher. I do miss our old fashioned winters, but as construction continues and the population grows with more vehicles on our roadways, well, not anymore.
