I hardly slept at all last night.. so at around 7pm I dropped off sitting watching tv.. about an hour and a half I think, which is fatal for me because it means I'll be up half the night now.. just after midnight here now

Hey, that's what I do every night...take a nap from about 8-10 and then I'm up till 2 am. Get back up to feed the birds at 6:30. Love it, get the best of both worlds. Love watching the old sit coms and looking at the stars and moon on
a clear night.

So sorry you are in pain. Don't you have any meds for it? Hope you are way better now.

Since I increased my meds, I tend to get up earlier so I could space them out through the day. It's 8:00 p.m. and I'm going to bed. I'll read until my eyes get tired

I have a sleep walking problem and once again last night, I must have gotten up to have a drink of coke and spilled it on my tee shirt, for I found the shirt on a chair and had a clean one on with a can of coke on my bedside table. It's no wonder I don't feel rested.
