Ken, I found those items very interesting and I think most all are facts.
Did not know the life span of a dragon fly is twenty four hours. I have always been intrigued
by them.
When learning typing I remember the teacher having us type "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog"
many times over to use all letters.
It was fun and interesting to read and thanks for posting.

Like shooting fish in a barrel

Once the dragonfly leaves the exuvia it is a full grown dragonfly. The dragonfly will hunt for food and begin to look for a mate. Once the dragonfly finds a mate, the female will find a body of calm water that will be a good place to lay her eggs, and the life cycle of the dragonfly begins all over again. Adult dragonflies only live about two months.

I'd say it all depends on the species of dragonfly.

Thanks Dame Warrigal. I was going to look it up but you did it for me.
I like to see dragonflies in my garden and it's good to know an adult lives 2 months.

The sentence: "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy white dog" uses every letter of the alphabet.

Sorry why does the word white, be needed to add the the Quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog ..am I missing something?..the phrase without the 'white' already uses every letter.

Gawd I remember having to type it over and over again in typing class at school..

Incidentally it's a fallacy that Goldfish only have a 3 second memory , they have very good memories..:)

The sentence: "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog" uses every letter of the alphabet.

There is no "W".

As many times as I had to type that over, I'm not likely to ever forget that sentence.

Oopsie indeed! Sorry 'bout that. Than mean ol' teacher made me type that extra word about a million times.
