What a delightful surprise! I have been listening to your songs this morning. What a way to start the day! :) Your singing is so beautiful and HEART FELT. You are marvelous in every song, and this one was my favorite. The sax playing is GREAT! Our band had a sax player. :)

Wow! Thank you so very much. You just gave me the nicest compliment ever. Probably the thing I enjoy the most about expressing myself musically is that I am FAR better communicating my joys and sorrows this way than any other way. I’m honoured that you’d mention that. That means I made a connection. That’s the main gift

Get out! I am so glad my posting these prompted you to look for your song and decide to join Smule. It’s a fun & creative way to pass some time in a healthy manner. It’s also a great way to interact with others without getting too involved.

John Lennon has a lot of nice ballads. My favourite. I hope to be listening to you in the near future.

@Lara…It’s a song by Adele. I learned it to sing it to my mum when she had her stroke and landed up in hospital. It’s had significant meaning to me.

I was getting excited thinking maybe you are a professional singer/musician we might know. But now I get it, you meant because of the quality of the mic and so forth.

Still thanks for sharing these. It must be a huge source of enjoyment for you to be able to do this.

Haha.( that’s funny )
No, what I meant was that I usually join other Smule members songs so there are two different voices. You might not know which is my voice but if you listen to a few songs the one that’s always the same is my voice. The other voices change since I’m singing with different people. I even sometimes play my saxophones with other saxophonists too.

And most seasoned musicians have really nice sound equipment whereas I’m just using the little white ear plugs with a built in mic 🎤 that came with my iPhone.

Yes, it IS a great source of entertainment, thanks .
 
@PeppermintPatty I just heard some more of your singing and your sax playing! Wow! That was impressive! One of my favorites are "Smile." There was something about your playing that made it so special. Good job! I haven't had a chance to go on there and try my luck, but it's good to know it exists! Thanks so much for sharing!

Thank you.
The song smile was done on the alto saxophone. That’s the one I started on so have more experience. I really like the low tones. They’ offer depth and richness.
