St Pats Day In Boston

This like a national holiday day for the Irish in Boston,some are giving day off to participate in the parade.
Ive been to just about all of thoses in the years past,its was a lotta fun to watch it.
NOW the LGBT wants to get involved,these people have their own BIG parade in June of every year called Annual Boston Pride Parade I was near the state house when I saw them marching by long time ago as a youngster,the pictures of the males dress as women are STILL stick in my head.

What the hells wrong with this group that continussly want to force their lifestyle on people that simply dont like them???

They do the same thing in all big parades now - I guess they figure they'll get more exposure.

Thank Buddha I don't go to or watch parades anymore.

I use to go a lot and had great time,I just walk and talk with a glass of ginger ale in my hand all night. I just dont go to these pubs anymore cause instead of arguing and fighting like real men do when they are half drunk, they now just pull out a gun and shoot someone.

They're not big with the guns here, but the young ones can get plastered and get into fights. They kick people when they fight which is cowardly to my way of thinking. I avoid those late night scenarios. The last disaster was years back and we were in our local as they call the pub you frequent most here, and a fight broke out and it was like a giant rolling ball of bodies that nearly crushed us. Never again.

We don't go out weekends but when we travel we will go to the bar in the hotel or a local place that caters to an older crowd. I love the music and some drinks which is safe in certain environments.

For St. Patrick's day we won't go out at night but will do a lunch then a pub crawl in the day. There's music going on and all sorts of events for St. Patrick's Day week (notice they have a week of it here!) and that's ok too.

The Irish love to celebrate but the young ones can take it too far and their environments are best avoided.
