Star Signs Of The Zodiac/Horoscopes

I enjoy this subject: a bit of light hearted fun for me and possibly others. I not too aufait with the 12 signs of the Zodiac and Im Aries a Fire sign and can rub along well with other Fire signs also Air signs. Earth and Water can be tricky and I wed one...lol!

What's yours Star sign?

I wasn't being critical I was just pointing out that there was already an existing thread and also that @Matrix had updated a specific poll for us to to take part in as well if we wished... :)

No, I didnt take it as a criticism Holly D. :) Will see what the Mods decide. I like the Poll and its very interesting on a subject I enjoy.👍
 
I'm the seventh house, Libra, a air sign,ruled by Venus, and I have a Scorpio Moon, a water sign, ruled by Pluto and Mars. When your moon and someone's sun sign matches it's a match made in heaven.
That's enuff for one day....

I am Aries and seem to rub along well with Air and Fire signs. I get on with Sagittarius, Leo and other signs. and cant remember which. I wed a Pisces and a good strong marriage nad a difficult relationship in some ways. Capricorns can be difficult for me and Some Aquarians.
 
I'm a Leo, and most of the general traits fit, but not all. However, a friend of mine is a professional astrologer, and when he did a chart based on time of birth and place of birth, it was eerily accurate. I have to laugh at my daughter's comments. She also has an acquaintance who's a Leo, so she made this observation when I got my reading a few years back. She said: you and XXX are like the Gallant and Goofus of Leo. You have all the good traits and she has all the bad traits. By the way, that's not entirely accurate as I'm fully aware that I'm not all roses and sunshine :giggle: But a Leo I am. I see that HollyDolly is also a Leo. Somehow I thought that might be true because she felt "familiar" to me without even knowing her :love:

aww bless you , however I'm an Aries..the leader of the pack :love: but Aries and Leo are an astrological celestial pairing so that's why we're familar to each other
 
My 15 year old GS is Leo and we get along like a house on fire as we are noth affectionate and tactile and he hugs me on greeting eachother with warmth. Our SOH is sharp and lively.

My eldest Son 51 his Dad is Saggitarius and again get along very well and he my Son has a very sharp SOH and we bounce if eachother and have an affinity.

My youngest Son age 49 his Brother is Cancer and again affectionate and tactile and a SOH like me and his Bruv but not as sharp. Me and and yoingest Son have an affinity too.

My DIL's are Aquarius and Scorpio. My Aquarius DIL is introvert and very caring and loving and we get along very well. She is wed to ny Cancer Son so two water signs. My other DIL is Scorpio wed to my Air sign Son a Saggi and like her star sign in some ways. She is very loyal and caring but not demonstrative and not at all tactile and can have a sharp tongue but we get on very well. My 9 year old GD is Aquarius like her Mum but is extrovert and as sharp as a razor and very loving and sensitive.

My Dad was a Sag. I loved his great sense of humor and inherited much of it. Mom was a Capricorn and, oh my, was she ever stoic. She was so very quiet but had a slow burn temper and held a grudge forever. But if she loved you, she would fight to the death for you. I think I was as much a mystery to her sometimes as she was to me. My Leo ways used to puzzle her and scare her a bit as she was a lot more risk aversive than I am.
 
Yes I have known some Capricorns and found one very difficult to get along with and could be moody and nasty if not getting its way and bore grudges that were a bit scary for me and had to cut loose from a friendship despite a deep attraction. I am not a grudge bearer but never forget or forgive a serious harm done to me

My first husband was a Capricorn... :rolleyes: he was never moody or nasty...but he and I were from completely opposite ends of the spectrum. I'm a go-getter, he just wasn't .
 
Earth smothers fire..and that's precisely how I felt in our marriage. I was too young to be acting old... because he was even tho' we were in our early 20's , plus he had a gambling and womanising problem but that's go little to do with his star sign...
 
Fire and Water do not mix either, eh. However my Hubby ewas Pisces and we rubbed along for 51 years wedded and it was a difficult relationship in some ways but somehow we overcame it. He was never nasty or vindictive and neither was I even through a rough patch in the 80's. Jealousy was an issue with both of us but it mellowed with love and patience on my part in the bad times and his deep love for me conquered his jealousy and insecurity

And Fire scorches and burns Earth. I wonder if folk born on a Cusp can survive a relationship catastrophe.
